Who am I?
Finding a professional who works with you and for you can be one of the most powerful things you can do for yourself! When the weight of life gets too heavy, a competent and compassionate therapist can help you lighten the load. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in management of anxiety, depression, addictions, complex trauma, family dynamics and adolescent issues. I also offer life coaching, nutrition training and integrative nutrition and mental health services, as well.
Who do I treat?
I treat adolescents ages 13+, adults, couples and families. I offer in-person sessions, as well as, video sessions, phone calls and walk & talks, which include meeting at a location of your choice to have your session in nature. Including nature in your therapy can be life-changing and many clients often find themselves more relaxed and able to communicate freely while outdoors.
What do I do?
I am a counselor who's Christian that works with a holistic perspective. I utilize therapy in conjunction with lifestyle changes to treat body, mind and spirit. I have certifications in trauma training, integrative practice, nutrition and personal training that will help you accomplish your goals.
